ATT heads to Midway

This week we shot an upcoming webisode for Around the Table at one of our family’s favorite little spots – The Pizza Yard. Leave it to us to choose our first on-location spot and it’s centered around pizza! The owners, Matt and Jessica, have created such a charming space and the food is nothing to scoff at. We cannot wait to share the full webisode in the coming months. In the meantime, if you make it over there, I recommend The Green One.

These rooms are filled from top to bottom with charming details carved out just for the kids. Tour the four bedrooms and Jack and Jill bathroom here, and watch the webisode filled with tips for designing kids’ spaces here.

Summer Dressing

This girl lives for a summer dress and this one ticks all of the boxes. And pairing this with a mesh shoe keeps everything from feeling too sweet.

Campfire Rice Krispies

We recently made salted brown butter Krispie treats and toasted them over the fire and it was so fun! I typically prefer a fluffy consistency, but we learned that you need to mash the treats down to get them more compact when toasting so they don’t fall apart — toasty on the outside and melty on the inside! Read the full recipe here.

My favorite holiday is just around the corner! I cannot wait to celebrate and cook up a whole festive, summery feast.
