Shea’s Favorites for a Signature Scent

Scent has the ability to transform-

–to bring us back to a certain time and place and illicit special memories. I love building my perfume repertoire, so I have a signature scent to reach for during every moment of my life—from my everyday desires for something soft and approachable to taking it up a notch on date nights with Syd. While working on the scent profiles for our latest collaboration, Pura x Studio McGee, I pulled inspiration from the staples that sit on my own vanity, some having been part of my collection for years. With bottles that are as beautiful as the scents they hold within, I’ve curated an assortment of woodsy, luxurious scents perfect for a night out of the house to salty, airy scents reminiscent of a day on the coast. I gravitate toward notes of bergamot, vetiver, salt, and jasmine, and I love to pick a scent based on my mood or my outfit of the day – the perfect finishing touch.
