Here at Studio McGee we love any chance we get to style holiday decor and set the mood for the season. We are welcoming October with colder temperatures and the promise of a holiday season that starts with Halloween and ends with the new year. To kick off the holiday season, our McGee & Co. styling team curated a tasteful yet playful tablescape that has us feeling inspired for Halloween dinner parties at home. For the tablescape, we utilized a darker color palette and layers of texture to bring in spooky vibes. Moody colors, like burgundy and black, complement the earthy browns and greens, then a touch of gold for high contrast. We also incorporated the Rosario Taper Holder and Ethan Napkin Rings which have a really great twisted-iron detail that elicits the spirit of Halloween. The tablescape came together with the addition of an antique skull, a few decorative spiders, and a menu of chocolate deserts, cherries, and red pears to match the color palette.
